Fergie ran the countdown to 2012 at 1OAK nightclub in Las Vegas. Josh Duhamel, the singer’s husband, went along with his wife at the party, and had to give the famous midnight kiss in front of thousands of people. Kanye West, Kid Cudi, and Big Sean also joined Fergie to welcome the new year.
