As it happens every year, the year-ending program, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, was aired on the American TV channel, ABC. Ryan Seacrest was the host of the live segment in New York. Fergie rocked on the Los Angeles segment, as a co-host for the 5th consecutive time on the pre-taped show. The special had performances by Lady Gaga (live), Taio Cruz, The Band Perry, LMFAO, will.i.am (taped), and much more.
